"Incastonata nel Borgo di Brugnato a pochi chilometri dalle 5 Stelle c'è questa bisteccheria conduzione familiare. Tutti i prodotti che sono serviti sono anche in vendita presso la loro macelleria. Tra tutte le cose che abbiamo assaggiato è degna di nota la tartare: credo fosse una delle più buone mai mangiate. Altro pezzo forte è stata la carne frollata nel burro chiarificato: morbida, saporita e pure il grasso era delizioso. Non posso dimenticare i salumi tutti fatti da loro. Assolutamente da provare."

"Piacevolissima scoperta a Brugnato, si mangia carne di prima scelta in un ambiente veramente pulito e tranquillo. Il gestore è stato veramente gentile e si può guardare mentre taglia la carne che avrete ordinato, pesata e mandata alla cucina. Il cameriere, Nadir, è cortese e competente. Siamo usciti veramente soddisfatti e sazi. Per le persone a cui piace bere vino non devono temere, non hanno un'ampia scelta di vini di qualità oppure esiste la possibilità di scegliere il vino della casa. Torneremo sicuramente magari nei mesi autunnali per godersi la grigliata mista. Noi 4 abbiamo preso il roast beef, una tagliata, due salsicce e un tagliere di formaggi. I dolci sono fatti in "casa" e anche quelli sono molto buoni. Consigliatissimo."
